腫瘤癌癥免疫治療應用
●抑制免疫檢查點(diǎn)和其他免疫調節來(lái)治療惡性腫瘤是現在利用免疫系統殺死腫瘤細胞的有力途徑。BioXCell提供三種不同克隆號的anti mouse PD-1抗體:RMP1-14、29F.1A12和J43。三種抗體都通過(guò)相同的機制發(fā)揮作用—它們結合PD-1,并在空間上阻斷PD-1與PD-1配體的結合,從而阻斷PD-1信號傳導。這三種克隆號的抗體都非常適合在小鼠體內模型中阻斷PD-1信號傳導,并有大量文獻支持這一應用。這些抗體之間的差異在于文獻報道中的其他應用、Isotype和來(lái)源。
